Today's favorite moments included . . .
. . . stacking blocks then knocking them down with Anna. Over and over. Simple pleasures.
. . . serving wheat waffles for dinner, with about seven different toppings. I love it when creativity and food go together.

. . . Joy getting halfway through the first Harry Potter book in a single day. It delights me that she is taking an interest in a series of books I love so much.

Harry Potter!!! Reading time is fun again. :) I've read the whole series out loud to my kids and am nearly six books in to having it done a second time. Story time is a blast with all her characters--lots of voices!
Yeah - it's funny how easily I slip into a flustered Mrs. Weasley voice or a smooth Lucius Malfoy voice.
