I am a growing fan of facebook--not because of any personal fulfillment I receive through its use but because it's such a useful tool. I'm the YW president in our ward currently, and can use facebook to reach our YW more quickly and more easily to exchange information, remind them of activities, etc.
You're the second Young Women leader I know who's said that. I can see how FB would be very helpful for contacting youth. Odds are they'll forget a verbal reminder and lose the flier you send home, but they check Facebook often. :)
