Today's favorite moments included . . .
. . . spotting one of the little geckos that like to spend the evenings hunting bugs on our porch. For some reason it feels fun and exotic to me to have geckos living around our home. It's probably because the only other time I've seen wild geckos was when my family visited Hawaii many years ago.

I love the little geckos. We have a house gecko that very generously takes care of insects for us. I always get excited when I see him.
