Rosemary for Remembrance

I'm sorry I haven't posted in a while. No good reason - I've just been busy lately. I have a few posts swimming around in my mind, and I'll try to get them written down in the next few days, but for now I just want to say . . .

. . . my rosemary plant has finally bloomed, and that makes me happy.

I've tried rosemary in several recipes and only found one so far that I like. It's a favorite, though. I should probably add it to my recipe page.

I'd like to find more ways to use rosemary, so perhaps I should talk to your mom . . .

Rosemary blooms are beautiful, but once it's better to use before it goes to seed.
I can't wait until we can have a garden. There is nothing like cooking dinner, and wandering outside to pick a little rosemary to throw into my soup or on my potatoes. Or a pile of basil for fresh pesto!
