Today's favorite moments included . . .

. . . getting stuff done.

. . . watching the old "Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory" with Joy for the first time.  I love Wonka's eclectic mix of culture and quirkiness.

. . . holding a friend's baby at a party.  Ten years ago, I never would have imagined that I would one day love cuddling babies, and volunteer to do so.  Back then I saw them as noisy, unpredictable little creatures I had no clue what to do with.  I guess, now that I know what to expect from them, I'm better able to savor their sweet, snuggly innocence.
