Today's favorite moments included . . .
. . . seeing new shoots coming up on my chive plant, and tiny blooms on the thyme.
. . . watching Joy run the bases at baseball practice, gleefully shouting the name of each base as she bounded onto it.
. . . Daniel rushing over to give me a hug every time he successfully navigated the jungle gym.
. . . practicing a few swing moves with Phillip in our front room. Thank you, YouTube.
And another thing . . .
. . . the predictive text feature on my phone routinely suggests all sorts of quasi-English weirdness (srsly?), but is apparently unable to predict the word "chives."
