Valentines and Rice Cereal

Today's favorite moments included . . .

. . . helping the kids make valentine notes for grandparents and such. I find that I enjoy many holidays more now that I have children, and Valentine’s Day is no exception.

. . . sticking Trader Joe's Valentine stickers all over our front door and dining table. They come off easily, so why not? I figured it would be a fun surprise for the kids when they wake up tomorrow.

And another thing . . .

. . . Anna is making progress in the solid food department. Most of the rice cereal still comes right back out of her mouth, but at least she now lets me insert the spoon seven or eight times before she cries, instead of tearing up the first time I put it in her mouth.
