. . . making a kissing sound at Joy as she walked out the door to go play. She made a kissing sound back, and left with a big smile on her face. It really is the little things that knit a family together.

. . . Silly joke of the day: What is brown and sticky? A stick.
. . . Remember the friend we treated to cheesecake yesterday? She had her baby this afternoon, eleven days early. Nice timing.
