The 100 Song

Today's favorite moments included . . .

. . . the smell of bread baking.

. . . watching my kids roll a ball back and forth to each other. Daniel laughed every time he caught it.

. . . Joy playing a pretty sequence of notes on the piano. When she finished she told me she'd been playing "The 100 Song." It took me a while, but I eventually figured out that she was referring to our hymnbook, which was open to Hymn #100 "Nearer, My God, to Thee." The tune she played in no way resembled that hymn, but it was still lovely. :)
