. . . realizing I'm nearly out of Halls. Good thing the store's open til midnight!!
Today's favorite moments included . . .
. . . reading Lives of Extraordinary Women: Rulers, Rebels (and What the Neighbors Thought) at the library today. I was disappointed in Cleopatra, intrigued by Eleanor of Aquitaine, and sympathetic toward Marie Antoinette, who struck me as a good-hearted person who suffered undeserved scorn from both the nobles and the poor.
And another thing . . .
. . . I baked my first, honest to goodness, springformed cheesecake today. We'll see how it turns out after it's cured in the fridge overnight.
