Today's not-so-favorite moments included . . .
. . . having to wake Daniel up early for an appointment. He fell asleep late, and was not happy about being woken up. I wouldn't be, either.
Today's favorite moments included . . .
. . . trying to make cheese again, and actually having it set up this time. The flavor and texture still need a little work, but at least we produced something that would be recognizable as cheese. I think I'll try yogurt next, which is probably easier and which we would eat more of.
And another thing . . .
. . . the ice cream I made a few days ago isn't quite ideal (it has a slight buttery flavor, which strikes me as odd), but once I start eating it I have a very hard time stopping.
