. . . making gazpacho that neither Phillip nor I could bear to finish (Phillip felt bad about that until he noticed that there was more soup left in my bowl than in his). That's strike three for that cookbook--back to the library it goes.
Today's favorite moments included . . .
. . . Phillip's sister Emily and her fiancé John coming over to visit. It was fun to catch up with them, and Joy loved playing with her future uncle.
. . . buying a good-as-new infant car seat for less than half what I'd pay in a store. Huzzah for Craig's List!
